prior to their visit to Benmiller Spa.
Where is the Spa located?
The Spa is in the River Mill Building located at
37043 Main Street Goderich ON N7A 3Y1
What are the Spa hours?
Benmiller Spa is open 7 days a week from 9am - 5pm
What is the Spa cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice of cancellation of services; under 24 hours is considered a no-show and there is a 50% charge applied.
What product do you use?
We use Aveda for all of our treatments.
Can I substitute services in Spa Packages?
There are no substitutions within the Spa Packages.
Can I use the facilities?
Guests of the Spa are welcome to use the pool and hot tub.
Is alcohol permitted in the Spa?
No, the Spa is not licenced for alcohol service.
Is lunch available in the Spa?
No, but we would be happy to assist you in making a reservation at the
Ivey Dining Room for lunch.
Do you have Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs)?
We currently only offer Non-RMT massages with Holistic Providers. Our massage treatments are for relaxation purposes.
Can I claim my massage through insurance?
We cannot provide receipts for the purpose of claiming.
Do I need to make an appointment?
We recommend making an appointment in advance to ensure
you get the time and services you desire.
Are there lockers at the Spa?
There are no lockers at this time to store your belongings.
Are robes provided?
We are a Petit Spa and generally only use robes between services.
If you require one, we would be happy to accommodate.
What do I wear to the Spa?
It's best to wear loose, comfortable clothing.
**Please note: the Spa is not licensed and alcohol is not permitted in the Spa or pool area.
Certain medical conditions may not be compatible with certain treatments.
It is your responsibility to discuss any concerns with your doctor and to notify the Spa when booking.
