Two eggs made to order, with choice of smoked bacon, farmers’ sausage or pea meal bacon,

served with breakfast potatoes and toast.

Benmiller Omelets 

Served with breakfast potatoes and toast.  

 

the Sharpe: Metzger's smoked bacon, smoked Applewood cheddar

the Ivey: red onion, red pepper & black forest ham

the Vegetarian: fresh spinach, feta cheese & tomato

Jonathan’s Pancakes 
Buttermilk pancakes served with choice of farmers’ sausage, smoked bacon or

pea meal bacon & a side of Schilbe Farms maple syrup.

Fruit French Toast 
 French toast with cinnamon and powdered sugar and a choice of farmers’ sausage,

smoked bacon or pea meal bacon & a side of Schilbe Farms maple syrup.

Choice of peach & pecan or blueberry preserves

Start with a fresh Inn made scone & preserves, a fresh fruit cup and coffee or tea.
