You can't really set a wedding date until you've secured a location for your wedding reception and ceremony, so the sooner you tackle this task,

the better - shoot for 10 to 12 months in advance if possible.

Once you've narrowed down your choices, sit with the

coordinator/event manager at each venue to work out the details.

Knowing what questions to ask and what to expect is a key element in finding a perfect wedding venue.  Before you make any final decisions, make sure you get all the answers you need to make your dream day everything you envision.


What services does the rental fee include?

Venue rental fee at Benmiller includes: exclusive use of the Main Dining Room (Ivey and Miller), Solarium, Lounge, Patio, Fireside Den & Hollow Meeting room as back up in case of inclement weather.

Is the rental fee cheaper if we don't book a Saturday Night?

At Benmiller we have the same venue fee regardless of day.

We do, however, offer discounts on weddding guest accommodation

during the off-season (Nov 1 - May 31)

Are there other events scheduled on the same day?

We only schedule one wedding per day,

so your event would be the only one taking place.

Can you accommodate physically challenged people?

We are an historic Country Inn. The main building was a Woollen Mill in the 19th Century;  there are areas that would be challenging for some. We have main floor access hotel rooms,

but the venue itself has steps up and down.
